A couple of months back, we set out to further promote our dream of establishing a better structured (purposeful, exciting and value impressive) Platform "Wingsedge.com" through sourcing for fund on a Global Fundraising Platform "Kickstarter.com" in order to overcome certain constraints peculiar to this part of our World and also to bring in more Professionals and Skilled Personnel into the concluding but most vital part of our development.

We submitted our request for the fund raise that will see our project through to its final lunch to Kickstarter.com after carefully studying and following the laid down guideline. see; http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/883763424/1123730338?token=2a208c05

After much optimism, we got a response from the Kickstarter team that our request could not be granted stating that SOCIAL NETWORKS have been listed amongst projects that will NOT be promoted for fund raise on their Platform.

PLEASE NOTE: this was not initially itemized on the list of projects not to be considered for fund raise.

The question that comes to mind is: could this be a function of us being from Lagos, Nigeria or " not being Americans"?

Whatever the reason is, this to us is yet another hurdle we must cross as we believe that great achievements come with a lot of challenges that should be faced and overcome.

This challenge to us is in fact a stepping stone as it has further increased the traffic of people monitoring our developmental stages from across the world through our blog site: http://wingsflair.blogspot.com/

We are even more determined to see this through to success and are very grateful to the fact that you our followers are right with us giving us your support while patiently waiting for us to finally lunch.

ALSO NOTE: the Decline of our request to raise fund through Kickstarter does not in any way suggest an end to our dream as development is still very much in progress.

Funds, when made available in sufficient amount would only make developmental processes faster than its present pace.

FINAL NOTE: we are not in a hurry to lunch as we need to take our time to give you the very best we initially promised you our potential users/subscribers.

OUR DREAM QUEST: We are also working on the development of another website that will serve as a fund raising platform for Nigerians and Africans at large who have developmental projects and ideas that is being constrained by lack of funds.
